Saves are local. Please do not uninstall the game or clear its storage as a first troubleshooting step: that can remove your progress and settings. Support cannot restore saves that were never sent to a server.
How do missions and endless mode unlock?
Begin with Easy, 1 lane. Survive 1, 2, 3 or 4 minutes of active game time in the matching lane mission. Completing a mission unlocks the next one. Completing each difficulty’s 4-lane mission also unlocks its 4-lane endless mode. Pauses, time in the background and laser-clear freezes do not count toward the target.
Why does a control seem to do nothing?
Controls are unavailable while paused, during the 0.75-second laser-clear freeze, or at a revive/result screen. Rotating a single cell or square may look unchanged; blocked moves are rejected. Hold a left/right key to repeat, hold the double-down key for faster descent, and tap the down-to-line key to hard drop once. Moving your finger outside a button cancels that press.
How do I move the buttons or change language?
Open the gear icon in the lobby or game. Control Layout lets you drag and save the five operation keys, cancel changes or restore defaults. Language switches between English and Simplified Chinese. Closing settings during a run leaves the game paused until you choose Continue.
How does revival work?
Each run has one free revival, without an advertisement. After the first defeat, choose Free Revive to clear fixed blocks and active enemies while keeping score and active time. Clearing them this way gives no extra points. A second defeat or choosing End Run finishes the run.
The game is silent or does not resume after an interruption.
Check the Music and Sound Effects toggles and volumes in game settings, as well as Android media volume and your audio output. Returning from the background or an audio interruption requires Continue. The game does not replay missed effects. Reduce Effects is available for less motion; haptics depend on your device and system settings.
Why are my records different from my iPhone, or not counted?
Android stores its own progress and does not synchronize iPhone saves. Standard endless records track best active survival time and highest final score separately for each difficulty. Tutorial runs, test runs and abandoned runs do not improve standard records. The run’s normal free revival does not by itself make it a test run.
How do I report a crash or a local save problem?
Write to Jessie using the address above. Explain which screen or action failed and whether it happens again after restarting the app. Keep existing app data until you have decided whether losing local progress is acceptable. We do not automatically receive crash logs, saved games or device information.
